Advice

"If you are into serious wild water and willing to drive another couple of hours, I strongly recommend the Kipawa from Laniel to Lake Timiskaming, 1:50000 31 M/3 "Fabre". It is a world-class run in high water, and a very challenging technical run in low water (either high or low it is III-V, but mostly IV; in low water skip the dam and put-in downstream at 288135). It is well worth the effort to get there.
