c. Cooking

All cooking equipment and waterproof containers for items such as salt, sugar, grease, used during cooking should be assembled in a commissary box. The arrangement may be varied, but the following items on this and the following page should be included. Unless otherwise stated, aluminum is preferred in order to keep weight down. An orange crate may be converted into an excellent light-weight commissary box, for a small group.

__Steel grill (for cook fire)
__Reflector oven, at least 23" long inside
     or 2 smaller ovens
__Salt container
__Pepper container
__Sugar container
__Plastic water bottles (collapsible)
__Grease container (none leaking)
__ Complete Cook Kit (see attached list "B-1")
__Pannikans (1 per person plus 3 extra)
__Aluminum or magnesium alloy griddle
__ Forks & spoons (1 per person plus 3 extra of
     each)
