__ 2 baking pans (7" x 11") or (9" x 9")
__Measuring cup
__Pair of gloves (asbestos) for handling hot utensils
__Dish mop (in plastic bag)
__ Soap container with big-degradable soap
__Scouring pads (in waterproof container)
__In addition, water-proof bags with plastic bags as
     liners to hold bulk supplies of flour, sugar, salt, dried fruits,
     are desirable. 
__Large food packs will be needed to carry food
     and most be lined with large plastic bags.


Preferably the following should be assembled in a chef's utensil kit which can be hung up near the cooking fire.

__1 Whipper
__1 Butcher knife
__2 Large spoons with long handles
__1 Fork with long handle
__1 Pancake turner
__1 Pair of hot pot tongs
__1 Can opener
