1. Suggested Items Of Food

Here is a way the provisions might be worked up.
Change the plan to suit your own group, remembering that you have to carry all you eat and so will want to eat all you carry.

BREAKFAST

Dehydrated fruit Prunes, apricots, peaches, and apples.
Cereal Oatmeal, cream of wheat, etc.
Pancakes They take a lot of time but are good for a morning when you are not in a hurry.
Bacon The woodsman's standard breakfast item.
Eggs Most powdered eggs are pretty terrible, fresh eggs require good protection.
Powdered milk Starlac or equivalent for cereal and
making pancakes.
Beverage Cocoa, tea, coffee.
Powdered milk,
Preem and sugar
For coffee, for dehydrated fruit, cereal, beverage.
Brown sugar For cereal.
