What does zec Kipawa Mean?
Kipawa is located in Quebec, an eastern province in Canada, and has vast sparsely populated land perfect for hunting and fishing purposes. The province is divided into zecs. A Zec is a territory like a county. Each Zec has it's own fishing and hunting limits and licenses, be sure to check out each the rules governing each Zec. For Example:
