Hi ... I first found your page when it was Pandora's Site ... and thought it very beautiful with the many pictures. I miss the pictures of the area greeting me when I sign on.

I was interested in finding a site related to the Kipawa area because, beginning in my teens and throughout my adult life, the Kipawa has been a huge part of my life. My parents owned a private camp on Kipawa, on Fox Island, one of the many surrounding MacKenzie Island. I spent every summer of my youth roaming that beautiful country. It instilled a love in my heart of all of the north woods, and a huge respect for everyone who lives up there. I was dear friends with Melba and Harrison Scharf, who owned Scharf's Camp in Loon Bay until 1984 when they sold it to Marciel Perrault.

I wanted to contact you and let you know that I have my own site, dedicated to the many beautiful places in my world, and in great part, to the Kipawa. There is a picture of one of it's more inviting vista's on my homepage, and hopefully soon will have more. There is also some writing.

Just wanted to say hi more than anything, tell someone how much I miss the area. and if I were to list any changes I would like to see in your page, it would be to bring nature back into it. It's almost too techie for someone who knows how beautiful your home is.
