The best solution would be to do away with the houseboats, they are not consistant with the unspoiled(up til now)beauty of Lake Kipawa. Mostly they are used by younger people for weekend drinking binges and uncontrolled noise pollution, they have ruined many evenings fishing for people at places like the graveyard. There is a big difference between the once beautiful sight of the Kipawa Supply boat going up the lake headed for Hunters Point or other towns or camps and a houseboat designed for the polluted waters of New York or Ohio. While on the subject, are all the indoor toilets in the camps around the lake inspected by anyone to insure that they don't drain into the lake? I regularly drink water from Lake Kipawa when I am there, as do my grandchildren, please, please keep it clean as God intended.
