Francis ? I own the Houseboat rental agency call Kipawa outpost. I have my own system to accomidate my boats, I'm only sorry that it is not large enough to accomidate all the boats on lake kipawa. I Have a portable pump out system which is then pumped into a holding tank which is then pump out buy a septic agency. The cost to empty the tank is 800.00 per shot. Therefore if people are stuck I could possibly help them out but It will not be cheap.
