It's unfortunate that the "very disappointed tourist"(he chose to be annonymous) had such a bad experience at Corbeau. We all like to go away from a vacation holiday(regardless of where that takes place) with a positive experience. If for some reason that does not happen it is only fair to inform the operator/owner of the issues/problems encountered. In my business, customer satisfaction is of paramount importance and if we fall short somewhere(and it CAN happen anywhere) I expect to hear about it directly from the customer (either verbally or in writing) so that we can respond. I trust you have done this and NOT just posted an anonymous SLAM against someone's character and their business. If you indeed had a personality conflict with Bernard-well, I agree with T-Bone. You're in the minority. As far as your assessment of the camp being a sh*hole and a dump you cannot be further from the truth! As a 10 year customer at Corbeau with my family (and they love the place) I consider myself somewhat qualified to say that this camp is very clean and comfortable and constantly undergoes improvements/renovations year after year. A word of advice: Next time you choose to discredit someone and their business-keep it between yourself and them. If you ARE going to post it for all to see-at least have the backbone to sign your name. Secondly-next vacation...skip the fishing and take a course on "Class and Etiquette 101".
