Does that imply that it is an 'early' Spring, 'typical' Spring, or 'late' Spring? And based on that answer, where does that put the walleye spawn...early, typical, or late?

Also, when does the lake rise to its typical summer level? I saw some pics taken this past weekend near the Air Kipawa dock and noticed the lake is still several feet low of its summer level. Again, just wondering.
