Your jigs are not too small and I would bet you'll end up using the 1/16 and 1/8 oz jigs more than the 1/4 (Ed's comments). Although Kipawa is deep in places (325 feet the deepest), the walleyes tend to frequent shallower waters (2-30 feet) with the norm being 15-20 feet. Look for structure with easy access to deep water (their escape) and you should do OK. Don't lock into any particular method - keep trying until something works.
