Thanks for the recipe Jay. I'm willing to give this a try. Sounds like an afternoon snack that would go well with a couple of ice cold Blue's. There's a small lake we portage to for pike fishing that pretty much guaranteed to produce fish, so I'm sure to have the opportunity. I'll give a readout after we return. 72 loonngggg days to go.
