Glad you think the recipe has potential. I watched a Don Meisener Streamside show that was shot in northern Quebec (Lake Ternay) and the camp owner prepared this dish for Don. Don thought it was outstanding. So - you and Marco will have to provide the taste test for the rest of us and report. Are your Dad and Mom going to be up at Kipawa again this year? Reading those updated fishing reports on your site gets to be habit forming.
