Just to confirm Paul's report regarding the fishing in the Long Narrows .... it was great! We were on one of the Kipawa Outpost houseboats and we caught our limits for the two days we were there. Everyone we saw in the narrows were hauling them in. I saw my first bald eagle up close. He was on a stump having a snack between our boat and the blue boat. He stayed around long enough for everyone on board to have a good look through the binoculars. The weather was great as were the accommodations on the houseboat. Our only complaint was a hungry pike that hung around the boat to ambush some of our fish as we were reeling them in. We had to be fast on the net or bye-bye pickerel. It made for some "reel" exitement. Paul, thanks for comming over to show us that 13 pounder. Nice catch! Please thank Cole again from all of us for his help unloading the boat on Sunday. Great kid! By the way, who's the good looking kid with his dog in the picture on this reply page ?
