Spencer Miller, was not quite 7 years old when he caught this beautiful lake trout in July of this year. This was his first fish ever caught in Kipawa at Taggart bay camps, and he caught it within his first hour on the lake! Measuring 30 inches and 12 pounds, it was a terrific way to start this young man's association with Kipawa. What looks like a smile on his face is actually a grimace as his wrist bends to new angles, and had this been a video instead of a photo you would have seen this fish slowly dropping out of sight.
